Claire is spending her last week up at the folks place. She's been up there for about a month working as a care cat since my Dad's stroke...she's cheering him up during his recovery, and keeping Ma company. She is mesmerized by the flames of the gas fireplace!

Yep Napicat...it's always been a tough sell getting Claire to drink water, so I just switched over to an all canned diet and add water to every serving so she gets fluids whether she wants them or not.

Such an odd behaviour...every once in a while Claire will be in another room and start up with the most mournful nonstop wailing you've ever heard in your life. When I go to check out the problem there never is one, but what I always find is Claire lying Sphinx like on the floor with this ratty old mouse toy between her front legs
