Claire says:
I know the drill, but it was different this time...I know how to wrangle her into the carrier if I know where she is, but she found a new nook to fit into that seemed to defy the laws of physics so I never even looked there!
Claire says:
Had to cancel her annual checkup at the Vet's this morning because she went into hiding when she saw her carrier come out. That was 45 minutes ago and I still can't find her! Guess I'm going to have to starve her out! 😡😡😡

Claire says:
Well I can only say that I was posting so many pics of Claire back then that probably everyone thought they were in response to their own cat pics. Very few were.
Claire says:
I recently found a folder with a bunch of photos from Claire's first day home. Unfortunately all I had was a single use disposable camera, so the quality is iffy compared to the pics I can take today.

Hopefully it will get sorted out now that they know what they're dealing with. Claire is proof that they can recover from it. Her case was so bad that she was put on narcotics for the pain, but she is just fine today.
Claire says:
Changed her over to a hypoallergenic food, and stopped giving her a very small saucer of cream every other day (she never problems digesting it..it never caused diarrhea, but the thinking is that having to process the extra fat was over working her pancreas). Her only other health issue was a worsening hairball problem, but using a Furminator de-shedding tool on her every morning has mostly put a stop to that.
