I just saw your post on one of Maggie's older pics. Yes, there is an amazing resemblance! I think Russians are among the most beautiful cats around! Also have a wonderful, lovable and sweet nature. I also love that they "softly squeak" rather than loudly meow. (^:

Yes.... your cat is sooooo similar to our Ozzie. I read another comment about your guy being a Russian Blue. Our Ozzie and Pepe are two year old brothers and Ozzie is not a Russian blue though looks just like one. As you can see Pepe is not even close in looks to his brother. Maybe "mum" was a bit of a traveller! Anyway, I think your cat is wonderful.... a bit of bias, maybe!

Bunkie the Blue Russian was rescued along the road after his mother was killed. We got Bandi about the same time to be his companion. They are best friends! Both about 10 yrs old
