I have read that cats respond better to hand signals than to verbal commands. I tried this with my cats and found it is very effectiver. So I am surprised that a deaf cat would be hard to place. However, I've never had a deaf cat so I don't know if there are difficulties I haven't imagined. Anyway, he is utterly stunning and his eyes are just amazingly blue.
