About this cat
Sandy is eight years old, I adopted her in 2006 at Petco in Southern California, after her owner of 7years was called to Iraq; he had moved (with Sandy) from Virginia but as a single marine had no one to care for her when he would be overseas (she is now a permanent member of our home)
*****UPDATED Sandy passed away, from kitty cancer :-(
