In retrospect, he was giving subtle hints something was up. This was 2 days before the blockage. He was acting just slightly more maniacal then usual, and I noted it in the back of my mind. These are more of the well filters he "attacked" last year in September. In order to pull this one off, he had to 1) Remember the incident 2)Remember specifically what the box these were in contained. 3) Target this specific box at the top of a storage shelf, where I moved it to from the floor after the last incident, knocking this, and only this box, 3 shelves up, and in the center of two other boxes, without disturbing the other two boxes, to the ground. 4) Figure out how to open the box, with the 4 corners folded under each other. 5)Carry each filter up to the kitchen from the basement to tear off the plastic wrap and shred them, while I slept. Thankfully, he didn't eat them this time.

About this cat
Ambercat started out in Missouri, and traveled from there to NH where he escaped from a truck at 8 weeks of age. I found out about him from the Lost and Found on Craigslist, and got involved in his retrieval. I volunteered to take care of him, and s=he was so naturally at home here right off the bat that his rescuer in Missouri decided that he was meant to be here forever.
