I understand you were such an "cat expert" like I was :) I bought books, searched the net and talked to the vet, to get to know everything I needed to know when Mietzi moved in with me. Actually she adopted me LOL
OK, I actually recall what these are -- it was 14 years ago, it took awhile! I had just pulled Floppy out of the ceiling after going nuts listening to the mewling coming out of the apartment ceiling and pulling out the light fixture in the bathroom. I had absolutely NO idea what to do with cats, but knew he needed to be fed continuously, as he was very young. My mother said she'd take care of him until he could eat on his own, so I brought him down to Mass. This is several week's later, at my sister's house, when I was picking him up to bring back home. The rest of the litter and Daisy had been discovered and were in my apartment. It had been about 2 weeks from when he was found until me and my sister pulled the rest out of the ceiling. So Floppy was on his way home to be nursed and raised with the rest of them by Daisy. That was the longest him and Robocat were apart until now. He's got milk face here from being recently bottle fed. I still have the bottle on the bookshelf in my living room. I learned a tad about taking care of cats since.
These are pics of Floppy I found while looking through my albums for a picture for Robocat's urn. He was being baby-sat over my parent's house soon after rescue, for some reason I can't remember.
