So sorry for your loss of the really beautiful Artemis. It is so hard to make such a decision. Recently had to make such one for my beloved Amanda. I know she will be at the Rainbow Bridge to greet Artemis and he will no longer have to suffer. Many hugs and kisses to you both in this very difficult time.
Oh no, no - I'm so very, very sorry to read about the passing o dear Artemis. She was an awesome addition to Picato and I so enjoyed knowing her. What loving parents you are to keep her comfort the number one priority. I know she was so beloved by you. Rest well sweet girl and I'll never, ever forget you. Run free at the Bridge with so many of our little angels there. Hugs :(
I am so sorry to hear of Artemis and her passing...I'm glad she was in the arms of someone who loved her. She will have no more pain or discomfort...tears.
For everyone who has followed her, Artemis died this morning in the warm embrace of my partner , Chris. She was diagnosed with an aggressive form of intestinal cancer on Saturday and after consultation with our vet, it was obvious that she would not survive any form of treatment. We gave her a Steroid injection to lessen the inflammation and brought her home to cuddle for a few days.
RIP Artemis, 2004 - 2013.

Artemis came to us five years ago after she was abandoned on the front porch of my employer. We thought she was a kitten since she was so small, but after an exam at the vet, we discovered she was four. She lived a full and wonderful life, surrounded by loved ones, and other cats to torment. She just turned 9.
