oh my, Dear God, pleas help keep our pets and other animals safe..Thy kingdom come as it is in heaven. Life is so precious.......thank you for life.....thank you for the reminder !!!
And during the time I drove every day at work I took so much victims from the road. Each one of them was such a senseless victim ... but we have to live with this danger because freedom is for any kitty wich knows this the greatest thing.
Thank you Greta. We have lost two of our beloved kitties in the traffic. The first came at home and I found him on our fence. It´s 7 years ago but it was one of the most terrible days of our live. And our Rosi - in front of our house - only 10 month ago - that almost broked our hearts. Thank you.
Greta, I know what you're feeling. My Mum and I were
behind a car that hit a kitty many years ago, and although we stopped to help, there was nothing we could do. We were devastated. To this day I cannot get that image out of my mind. It really haunts me. Try and think happy thoughts....we're all thinking of you.
I cannot stop crying. We could have saved the bird. I hope it knew that we were trying. I am a driving instructor and all my pupils would have tried to save it and would have driven round it. This has brought back all the memories of my beautiful Thomas being ill and not being able to save him either. Life can be so cruel sometimes. I miss Thomas so much. I know we all desperately miss our precious angels........
Unfortunately it happens all the time. I know people do it on purpose, when I see a raccoon or something killed on the road i know they could have missed it. I have dodged many myself. People are just bloddy mean. I'm so sorry you had to see that.
Oh Marilyn, it was terrible to see, unbelievable. I have saved lots of animals and birds and I think that this bird would have been ok. The vets where Thomas was treated is so close and it could have gone there. I was thinking of it and all the other birds and animals who have died on the roads and I feel so very sad tonight.........Hope it's safe at Rainbow Bridge........
Tonight a beautiful seagull was deliberately killed by a motorist who swerved and hit it as it sat injured on a busy road. A lady and I stopped to help it but the cars would not slow down for us to get it before this happenend. The lady lifted it's body and placed it safely in a shrub bed. We were both crying, I hope that tonight all of us can remember with love all of the angels who have lost their lives on the roads.......
