This is Nikita and Tigger - brother and sister. They came to me last October when Mom left them in our boat and never returned. They were about 3 weeks old then. Mom was a feral/stray that we had seen on our 5-acre property over a couple months. She was a pretty little calico, but too shy to ever come close. I still believe she brought her kittens to us for a reason ... was she sick, or had she been detected by coyotes and knew it??????????

This is a great shot. I can never figure out how people can get two (not one, but two) kitties to both look great in one shot! Amazing! They are certainly interested in something. Are they related?
