Yes I think so. Many cats have honey yellow or amber eyes (all my cats had/have), green eyes are rare. I would adopt a cat like your Ambercat at once, you never know how long it will take until you get the next change. Ginger cats and calico cats and then with green eyes don't have to stay for long in our animal shelters , a few days only and they have found a new home. Most of the cats in our shelters are black, tuxes and grey tabbies.
