It is always difficult to give any medication to a feral cat. I tried to do this with some kittens on our farm last week, which were born to a feral cat in our garden and that are not too friendly with humans, and ended up with my hands full of scratches and bites! Next time I will put on some gloves, silly me, did not think about this before...but at least these kittens are now dewormed. Next will be vaccinations...have to buy GOOD gloves, lol!
I think I set Dr. Storm back a bit today with his therapy sessions. I had to dose all of them with worm medicine due to all the ferals in the house lately. For Feral Brother here, I had to close the door of the room he was in and chase him around with leather gloves as he bounced off the walls, and stuff the syringe in his mouth while he was hissing up on the window sill, worried about him landing a good bite on me despite the gloves.
