(continued) I never grew to attached to her because of her disposition, but I adopted her only 7 months after the passing of my beloved Daisy, so everything from her disposition to her passing is making this a very sad experience that should've been a happy one.

Big news!! Beba's lost 2 pounds since July. Plus, tonite - 10/31/10 - she purred for the very first time when I petted her, almost too soft to hear. Then she remembered who she was, and promptly growled and bit my hand!
