Thomas is a little better tonight and has had a small amount to eat. He has a condition called Megaesophagus which means that his esophagus is dilated and it affects his eating. He has to be fed off a specially made table to allow his food to go down his throat. Sometimes he is very sick if he eats quickly and feels poorly and quite miserable for a while....Thank you to all his Picato friends for your kindness and concern.....kisses from Thomas xxxxx
