I ANSWER FOR FLOCON: YES, IN FRANCE WE DO IT FOR IDENTIFY CATS AND DOGS. MICROCHIP EXISTS, BUT IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE AND THE RISK IS THAT PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE WHEN THEY FIND A STRAY PET, THAT HE BELONGS TO SOMEONE.
