Apparently the emergency vet who treated her back in April, who decided she was "too healthy to euthanize" just simply kicked the can down the road when he took her from the original owner who surrendered her and put her up for adoption. She never adjusted to living here, and hated everyone here, two and 4 legged. I only wonder if this was caused by the burden she was carrying. The bright side of all this is that another senior kitty will be able to be sprung from a shelter eventually.
