Hi everyone, Thank you for your lovely good wishes for Lewis's recovery. His eye is a bit better tonight and is now over half open (Thursday 11th March) but he is still a bit tired and is just lying around and resting most of the time. Bruno has assessed him and now thinks he is ready to play and has ambushed him a few times near the food bowls....poor Lewis....xxxx

Oh, poor Lewis! I hope he feels better soon. My three have been known to cause some damage while playing -- being brothers they play rough sometimes. I'm sure Lewis will be as good as new with time.

Oh no - so sorry to hear about Lewis K's issue Greta. I guess with so many kitkats you always have some sort of drama. Oh Lewis .... I just know Bruno didn't mean it - he'll have to be more gentle with his bro's and sis's ... Keep us posted - - hugs to all.

Bruno says..."The vet thinks that I might have bitten or scratched my brother Lewis when I have been playing gladiators with him. When he came back from the vets, I sat with him to comfort him and have been washing his head too. I love him and I'm not a bad boy......."

Lewis is not very well at the moment. He took ill on Monday and I thought he had lost the sight in his left eye. His face was all swollen and there was a grey and yellowish discharge from his eye, I tried to see his eye but it was right in the corner and looked terrible. He has been to the vets and it would seem he has an infection due to a bite or scratch near the eye. Thank goodness his eye is OK and now I can see a bit of the colour coming back. I'm so relieved......He has such beautiful eyes.....
