I wouldn't worry about the litterbox problem, I'm sure Buddy is just expressing his displeasure, but will settle down once he accepts Baluga.

does Buddy have his own box? sometimes that will help?

Baluga still is not getting along with Buddy. He is very aggresive, likes to bite her. I don`t think he hurts her, she holds her own. She does not trust him. Also, Buddy is not being a good boy, peeing outside the litterbox.
