Amendment to post below; This also goes for the people who allow their pets to "roam freely" and believe it's not their problem to make the effort to alter their cats and dogs. Btw, I think it is commendable that you are fostering this cat until it finds a home. Kudos to you!

Hi labauve, my "spay/neuter and please don't dump" statement was aimed primarily at the population who are under the misguided idea that cats and dogs have a "God Given" right to go unaltered and reproduce. The "dump" statement refers to the many cats that people have dumped at my door.
