I'm so sorry, she was beautiful.

Thanks everybody. When I adopted an older cat, I expected to have to deal with the possibility of not having them long. But, I didn't expect this shortt a time, especially when there was no indication anything was wrong, and she looked like she was responding to her diet. This just happened so suddenly it's a shock. She didn't have a great personality, but she was a cute cat.

I have read Biba's story, and I am so sorry for this sad end. No doubt that Biba was happy to have a new home, you done all you can for her, you couldn't do more.

Oh no, oh sweet Beba ... I'm so sorry to hear this. Just when she had found a loving home and family. Bless little Beba and bless you for doing everything you could for her ... she's know in the loving "paws" of our precious little ones at the Rainbow Bridge - I know my Daisy and Drew will love her so ... take care, tears ...

Oh God, I'm so sorry! Beba was special, but at least she had a good home for the last years of her life and did not have to die alone in a shelter. God bless her and you for giving her love!

I have very bad news to give to everyone who has been following Beba's story. Her weight started dropping alarmingly fast, and suddenly, about a week ago she stopped eating and was making repeated trips to the litter box with no results. I took her to the vet early this week, and they discovered a mass. She was put to sleep yesterday , 11/18, peacefully while she was under anesthesia for exploratory.
