I've been out of the loop for a little while but I'm so glad Bruno is home and well.

Hi, he is now about 9 months old and is getting more of a personality every day. He is very funny and amusing. When I look at him I find it so hard to believe that his previous owners wanted the vet to put him to sleep. I love him more each day and would do anything for him. I suppose in a way that it was good that the previous owners took him to the vets and not threw him out to fend for himself. The vet was brilliant, contacting the charity who looked after him until he came home with us. xxxxxxx

Hi Stacey, Bruno's illness is a mystery. The vet initially thought it may be the onset of cat flu or feline aids as his neck was so swollen and his temperature was so high. They also wondered if maybe he could have banged his neck, playing. He was upstairs with Thomas for about an hour before he took ill. We will never know for sure. I'm so relieved that he is OK now. It was a terrible worrying time as he is so small.......love, Greta & the six little darlings xxxx

Hi Steffi, He is back to normal, racing around play fighting and teaching Lewis some very naughty things mostly how to open containers and take things out.....I am so relieved that he has recovered. He is so lovely!!!

Hi everyone, Friday morning 9.30am. Vet has just phoned. GOOD NEWS!!! Bruno is a little better but will stay at vets over weekend. Still on drip but is eating and drinking......can't wait to have him home....

I have just come back from the vets. Bruno has been kept in and is going to be on a drip overnight. I will hear from them tomorrow.....I miss him and hope he will be well soon...and back home.

My beautiful Bruno became very sick and ill last night with a high fever and I took him to the emergency vets in Gateshead. It came on so suddenly. He has had an xray under anaesthetic and antibiotics and painkillers for his fever. He came back home and I sat with him and he is no better. He is going back to the vets today any time now. Please pray for his recovery. He is my baby and I love him so much.......
